Shipping Information
Castelveder ships throughout Italy: if you place an order by 11:00 AM, from Monday to Friday, you will receive it in 1-2 working days in Northern Italy and in 2-3 days for Southern regions. Shipping is free for orders over €99, so you can shop worry-free!
Each shipment is trackable: we will send you a link to follow your package to the email address you provided at checkout.
Return Information
You can return items within 14 days of receiving the goods. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: bottles must be intact, unopened, undamaged, and properly stored. The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the user. Any customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Visit the "Orders" section.
Click on the order details.
Click the "Return Product" button.
Fill out the form, stating the reason for returning the product, and click "Submit".
